Faculty and staff from Creighton Pediatric Therapy (CPT) joined other community health leaders at the annual Buddy Walk, sponsored by the Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands on Oct. 8 at Stinson Park in Omaha.
Among the fun of carnival games, around 250 people visited CPT’s booth, staffed by faculty practice clinic in occupational, physical, and speech therapy for children. The Buddy Walk benefits individuals with Down Syndrome and provides educational resources for the community.
Creighton Pediatric Therapy’s presence solidifies an ongoing partnership with Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands and the clinic’s commitment to serve individuals with Down Syndrome and their families to the highest degree, empowering them to overcome and achieve.
