CHOOSE YOUR PATH: DOCTOR OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY.
For all pathways, course lectures are available to students online at their preferred times and locations. Students are expected to use a variety of technologies to engage in the didactic portions of the learning experience. Adjunct professors oversee lab clinics, as well as full-time program coordinators on the Regis, Phoenix, and UAA campuses. The goal of these programs is to create a learning environment that mirrors what students would experience on Creighton’s campus.
OTD education and OTD practice depend on graduates being well versed in information technology and networked information resources. Occupational therapists rely extensively on information systems for the provision of care to patients. We intend to ensure that our graduates are well prepared to capitalize on the opportunities that lie ahead for education, research and professional practice using advanced information technologies.
