Creighton Therapy and Wellness
Important appointment procedure changes
As of May 11, 2020, Creighton Pediatric Therapy and Creighton Therapy and Wellness will require all patients 12 years of age and older and other visitors to wear a mask during their therapy visit. Please come prepared with your own mask or bandanna that covers your mouth and nose. Thank you.
Effective immediately we are changing the clinic admission procedure for patients and enhancing the infection control procedures for care providers in accordance with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We will be allowing only one additional person back with the patient for their appointment. If a patient presents with a cough or fever, they will be given a mask, have their temperature taken and asked to reschedule their appointment once they receive a physician’s note indicating they can return to therapy.
If you currently feel sick, please reschedule your therapy appointment and call your physician. This is especially true if you have a fever, cough, sneezing, or shortness of breath. The same thing applies if you have had any of these symptoms in the last 48 hours.
Please also reschedule your appointment if, in the past two weeks, you have either been in close contact with someone who is infected with COVID-19, or have returned to the United States from an area affected by the coronavirus disease. Right now this list includes China, Iran, Italy, Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong. However, the list of countries continues to change, so it’s a good idea to check this Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website for updates on the affected countries.
To reschedule an appointment or if you have questions, call our main phone number at 402.280.3555.

Complaints may be submitted to the clinic director by calling the clinic or emailing: juliepeterson [at] creighton [dot] edu. Should the complaint warrant a follow up, communication will be either by phone or secure email to the individual filing the complaint.
