General Admissions Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health ProfessionsWelcome to the Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions Prospective Student and Application portal.  We are delighted that you are interested in learning about Creighton and what we have to offer. 


Our doctoral programs including Occupational Therapy (OTD), Pharmacy (PharmD), and Physical Therapy (DPT) provide an innovative, clinically-focused, interdisciplinary approach to education. Our goal is to educate the total person - mind, body, and spirit - with an emphasis on moral values and community service.


We feel that education in health care is about more than career training. It's about serving patients, restoring health, and changing lives. Health care is a serious career perhaps even a lifelong calling.

Entry-level Applicants

The Fall 2015 applications for admission for all programs are all now LIVE. To access program-specific application information, please go to the pages of the program to which you are interested in applying, which you can access through the menu at the top of the page.


Preferred deadline for all programs (including the deadline for Creighton Undergraduate Applicants) is November 1, 2014.  PLEASE NOTE that we interview and admit students on a rolling basis. Applying early is strongly recommended, as interview spots do fill quickly. Once interview seats are full, remaining candidates will not be invited.


Final deadlines for each program are as follows.

  • Physical Therapy: January 15, 2015
  • Occupational Therapy: March 1, 2015
  • Pharmacy: March 1, 2015
Post-professional Applicants

The preferred deadlines for Post-Professional Applicants are as follows:

  • Spring: November 1 prior to beginning the program
  • Fall: July 1 prior to beginning the program


Criminal Background Checks
The Creighton School of Pharmacy and Health Professions requires criminal background checks and/or drug tests for all enrolled entry-level students.


Public Safety Report

The safety and well-being of students, staff, and faculty are primary considerations at Creighton University.  The annual Campus Security and Fire Safety Report provides information on institutional policies concerning security, alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual violence, emergency response, fire safety and other matters.
