Joining an alumni advisory board workgroup is a great way to get involved and create & support programs that affect alumni and alumni-in-residence! The Creighton SPAHP Alumni Advisory Board ”Tomorrow’s Alumni” is a program that offers incentives to alumni who refer persons interested in pharmacy, occupational therapy or physical therapy clinical doctorate programs.

Encourage alumni to refer prospective students to the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions by providing an easy referral process and recognizing participating alumni.
- Online Referral Form that is housed on the School’s website
- Promotion of the program via emails, website and Dean’s newsletter
- Recognition of Alumni who have referred prospective students
- Follow-up with the referred prospective student by the SPAHP Admission Office
Recognition would be given to all alumni who referred prospective students through an article in the Dean’s newsletter each winter and in the dinner program for the Dean’s Dinner during Alumni Weekend. Special recognition would be given to the alumni who referred the most in a given year program year - October 1 to September 1.
The categories and recognition for top referrers are:
Bluejay Level - refers three or more prospective students in a program year. At this level, the alumnus and a guest will be invited to the Dean’s Dinner during Alumni Weekend; will receive two tickets to the Creighton/Nebraska baseball game in conjunction with the May SPAHP Get Blue Baseball and BBQ pregame event; will receive an items of his/her choice from a list of of School of Pharmacy and Health Professions promotional products, and will be recognized in the winter issue of the Dean’s eNewsletter.
Blue Level - refers two prospective students in a program year.
