With this submission, you assist the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions in building a comprehensive report of student awards and accomplishments. This includes accomplishments and recognitions received by student organizations, personal student honors, awards and accomplishments on and off-campus, as well as scholarly presentations and publications. It may also include regional, national and international programs and projects receiving publicity; however it does NOT include community outreach service activities.  Please use the Community Relations Submission Form to report involvement in community outreach service activities and volunteer work.
