The University of Alaska and the Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions (SPAHP) have entered into an affiliation agreement that provides for the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions to reserve five seats in the entering (P1) distance education pharmacy class for UAA/UA students or Alaska residents who meet the eligibility criteria and other admission requirements. Applicants should refer to the Prerequisites link for eligibility criteria and the Admissions Info link for application instructions.

 

The application process for this special program is the same as for any other pharmacy applicants.

Laptop Program

 

Students in the Doctor of Pharmacy Program will be provided with a tablet computer that is leased on their behalf by the School. This is the only computer for which technical assistance will be provided by the School and its cost is included in the tuition for the program. The computer will have all of the essential software needed by the student in the program installed.
